They call me chris woods

I'm a simple guy. Have a beautiful, loving wife; an ornery, precocious teenage daughter. And I guess I'm something of a photographer.

I've tried many things in life. I was in the Navy for just about 13 years. After, obtained a bachelor's degree in Communication with a focus on journalism and media production. Won several awards for writing and video production. Outside of work, I love to run, read, write, watch movies, play music and games.

And of course, I capture snippets of life with a camera--the animate or inanimate. I am in awe of all life and much of what life has created. A device affording the ability to freeze moments in time in captivating compositions and colors (black and white are colors too...) for others to enjoy--those present and their progeny--is a masterwork of humanity. I consider it a gift and a pleasure to have the opportunity to assist and share my work with others.
